Founded in 1395, the Historical Cellar of the Hospices de Strasbourg experienced a renaissance in 1997. Since then, we have been using the ancestral foudres of this cellar to age our wines and thus transmit the spirit and soul of these places.
Refined, dry and delicately fruity, this gastronomic wine par excellence will perfectly accompany your fish, seafood, and naturally sauerkraut.
