Vinification : Harvested late in the autumn, this exceptional cuvée is obtained from carefully selected plots, harvested once the desired degree of concentration has been achieved.
Rigorous sorting of grapes affected by noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea fungus), slow and respectful pressing of the harvest, cold settling, fermentation in temperature-controlled vats.
Tasting notes : Yellow colour with golden hues, clear and sparkling. The noble rot called Botrytis Cinerea gives this wine its particular aromatic complexity, with notes of candied fruits and exotic fruits. The intensity of the aromas, the honeyed mouthfeel and the persistent finish make this wine a true work of art.
Gourmet harmony : Aperitif or dessert wine. To be enjoyed with Foie Gras or with friends.
