Place of production: Cleebourg wine region, in the communes of Cleebourg, Rott, Steinseltz, Wissembourg, Oberhoffen, Riedseltz (Alsace, France)

Soil type : Clay and silt

Cultivation practices: Yield control, soil cultivation and sustainable vineyard management

Vinification : Harvested late in the autumn, this exceptional cuvée is obtained from carefully selected plots, harvested once the desired degree of concentration has been achieved.
Rigorous sorting of grapes affected by noble rot (Botrytis Cinerea fungus), slow and respectful pressing of the harvest, cold settling, fermentation in temperature-controlled vats.
