Sparkling Frizzante

This new Crémant Blanc de Blancs from Cave de Cleebourg will be the ideal Crémant d'Alsace for Spritz this summer.

What characterizes it is its sugar content (around 20g), which we could describe as "beautiful sugar." It also features "fine, gourmet bubbles" and a subtle acidity that gives it a beautiful balance.
