This wine reveals pleasant aromas of yellow fruit and quince on the nose, nuanced by grilled and toasted notes characteristic of the grape variety and the ageing process. On the palate, it is well-structured and beautifully straightforward. This Pinot Gris has subtly smoky forest floor aromas and vanilla scents. A harmonious balance and a full-bodied finish make it very gastronomic and ready to enhance the finest dishes. Special feature: This wine, harvested and vinified at the Cave de Cleebourg, was then selected by a jury of tasters for its quality, potential and the honour of being aged in the ancestral casks of the Cave des Hospices.
