Gewurztraminer Late Harvest

A deep yellow colour with golden reflections, clear and brilliant

Expressive nose, very characteristic of the grape variety, marked by aromas of exotic fruits and enhanced by spicy and peppery notes.

Only produced in exceptional years, this Gewurztraminer "Vendanges Tardives" is made from grapes harvested later in the best parcels, and which are generally affected by a noble rot called Botrytis Cinerea. This over-ripening of the grapes gives this exceptional wine an explosion of honey, spice and candied fruit aromas, and an exceptional smoothness and length in the mouth.
