This Auxerrois is best drunk young to enjoy its fruity character. It should be enjoyed young to benefit from its exuberant fruitiness. A bright, limpid yellow color with green highlights. A delicately fruity nose, with floral notes.
This spring wine is intoxicating with its exceptional aromatic intensity and floral nuances of jasmine and honeysuckle. Very harmonious on the palate, this wine seduces with its characteristic freshness, enhanced by elegant acidity and persistent floral notes on the finish... you'll find spring in your glass...!

Specifics

Place of production: Cleebourg wine region, in the communes of Clee-bourg, Rott Steinseltz, Wissembourg, Oberhoffen, Riedseltz (Alsace, France).

Terroirs: Clayey-Marl, Marno-Gressy soil

Cultivation practices: Yield control, soil tillage and vineyard management using integrated pest management.

Vinification : Selection of the grapes at harvest time, slow pressing, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, filtration through a tangential filter.

Gourmet harmony : This wine is the ideal companion for light, springtime cuisine. It will go wonderfully well with asparagus, mixed salads, or a baeckeofe.
