Pale yellow colour with golden and brilliant reflections. Great aromatic complexity on the nose, where notes of citrus fruit mingle with mineral and toasted nuances. Racy, dry and delicately fruity, this Riesling will surprise you with its power and elegance.

Its clay-limestone soil gives it these empyreumatic aromas which are so particular and which will tend to accentuate with the ageing of this exceptional wine.

Cultural practices: Yield control, limited to 68 Hectoliter/ Ha. Soil tillage and integrated pest management. Compliance with an internal charter and the current regulations of the AOC Alsace Lieu Dit. Inspection of the plots by a Technical Commission during the summer for validation of compliance with the Charter.

Place of production: Lieu-Dit Kammerberg, commune of Wissembourg

Terroirs: Clayey-Marly, Marno-Greseux

Vinification: Selection of grapes during the harvest, manual harvesting, rigorous sorting, slow pressing respecting the harvest, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, filtration on tangential filter.
