Inspection of the plots by a Technical Commission during the summer for validation of compliance with the Charter.
Terroirs : Soil: Sandy Loamy soil
Vinification: Selection of grapes during the harvest, manual harvesting, rigorous sorting, slow pressing respecting the harvest, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, filtration on tangential filter.
Food pairing : This wine will perfectly accompany your refined dishes such as a Terrine of Monkfish with citrus fruits, scallops with porcini mushrooms or with a red mullet fillet.
