Salmon pink colour with a beautiful limpidity and a good bare tee of effervescence on appreciable fine bubbles. Nose of a beautiful intensity, marked a certain femininity with the presence of strawberry and blackberry notes.
With a velvety attack, this crémant will seduce you with its aromatic power and harmony. The mouth remains balanced with an acidic structure that can be appreciated on the palate, giving it a sensation of freshness and finesse.

Grape Variety: 100 % Pinot Noir

Vinification : According to the traditional method. Hand-picking in bins not exceeding 50 kg. Rigorous sorting, impeccable sanitary condition. Respect for the integrity of the grapes during transfer to the presses. Slow pressing respectful of the harvest. Cold settling of the must, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats. Filtration of the base wine on tangential filter.

Second fermentation in the bottle, obtaining a pressure of 5.5 bars.
Maturing on slats for a minimum of 12 months.
Disgorging with the addition of the expedition liquor.
