The Pinot and the Fox

This subtle blend of Pinot Gris and Riesling is best drunk young to take advantage of its fruity side.
Racy and elegant on the nose with fruity notes mixed with mineral and toasted nuances, this wine will surprise you on the palate with its strong personality. A full-bodied wine with a fat but dry balance.

This wine is the ideal companion for an autumn cuisine. It will be perfect with simmered dishes, roasted poultry with mushrooms, accompanied by a butternut purée.
