Cultivation practices: Yield control, soil tillage and vineyard management using integrated pest management.
Vinification : Selection of the grapes at harvest time, slow pressing, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, filtration through a tangential filter.
Gourmet harmony : This wine is the ideal companion for light, springtime cuisine. It will go wonderfully well with asparagus, mixed salads, or a baeckeofe.
