Pinot Gris Hospices de Strasbourg

A brilliant robe of a deep yellow with golden reflections. This wine reveals pleasant aromas of yellow fruit and quince on the nose, nuanced by toasted and roasted notes characteristic of the grape variety and the ageing process. On the palate it is robust and frank. This Pinot Gris presents aromas of slightly smoky undergrowth and vanilla scents. A harmonious balance and a well-structured finish make it very gastronomic and ready to spice up the finest dishes. Gourmet harmony: A great wine that will be the ally of choice of the Foies Gras and will not back away from red meats and fish in sauce.

Particularity: This wine, harvested and vinified in the Cave de Cleebourg, was then selected by a jury of tasters as having the quality, potential and honour to be matured in the ancestral casks of the Cave des Hospices.
